Who we are
The Stone Collective is an initiative founded by Hutton Stone, Johnston Quarry Group. Lundhs, Paye, and The Stonemasonry Company. We are a group of industry leaders committed to promoting stone as the sustainable, low-carbon, load-bearing building material for the 21st century. Our mission is to educate and inspire the construction and design communities on the benefits of using load-bearing stone and natural stone bricks.

Our Ambassadors
The Ambassadors are invited members of the Collective acting as a sounding board and peer review group. Split into specific focus groups: sustainability, engineering, architecture they offer pro bono advice and give strategic direction.
This group of aligned engineers, architects and academics function as stone ‘ambassadors’ to help share the case for stone, acting as engaged members of the Collective ‘think tank’.
